Curious about why he recommend this school and a state which is unfamiliar to me , I went to the web site and got me a surprise. "the hugest university among American universities with its one of the best university football teams;total enrollment about 65,000 buckeye students and more than 900 student organizations".Ido love living in big campus and seeing so many people around,which produces a sort of atmosphere that I really fancy for.In addtion,I am extremely fond of joining many kinds of parties ,meeting different kinds of people and acting crazy at the party to reduce the pressure of study.Although someone may consider OSU a so-called party school,I think the reverse is ture-keeping enthusiasm while we are young,devoting us to things we are interested in ,and doing something great for the community.
Most importantly,I come for GREEN. My decision to pursue environment related majors is derived from my participation in GSLF 2010 - an activity which advocates low-carbon life and sustainable development.Every single picture of obsolescent sences,the desert,the polutted river and even the smoky factory, makes my blood boil and stimulates me to go in for green .So that's why I choose OSU.From December 2008 to today,OSU have initiated the "Scarlet,Gray&Green" and buckeyes have achieved a great deal.With various sustainable oriented programs and 19 environmental student organizations,I am confident in broadening my horizon of Environmental Science in such a GREE atomosphere and at the same time use what I learn to make the campus greener.Just as what Aparma Dial said"We are The Ohio State University, and if it doesn't work here, it's not going to work anywhere."
