In Southern Arkansas, my home for more than 10 years, diversity and opportunities have always been few. Thus, my biggest dreams have been to see more of the world, experience variety, and gain opportunities that are not available to me in Arkansas; like the pursuit of a degree in Cognitive Science. After further discussion with a student, Yale has become to me what America has been to others; a place of opportunity and diversity. A place where I can finally realize all of my goals and dreams.
As a foreigner, I can say that I feel exactly the same way. It seems perfectly appropriate as an answer to me, but you should be more specific about Yale: its own particularities, the things you can find there you'd never find elsewhere. Take a deep look into Yale's website, and look for info about specific programs, or unique stuff you haven't heard of elsewhere. For example, people applying to Cornell talk about its literary magazine Epoch, or its study abroad programs.

Although your answer is good, it doesn't say much. I think you should specify more why Yale is a place of opportunity and dreams for you. But it truly is good and very personal.
You should really focus more on Yale to answer the prompt. Explain your longing for diversity concisely. Then, say about something special in Yale that attracts you.
