Everybody mayhave a unique adjective to summarize his personality and briefly mine is "perseverant". To be a scientist I deem my perseverance will assist me to finish whatever tough journey. How can I be so sure? Because I was an amateur sprint athlete during the middle school. It took a lot of sweat and tears to get to where I was yesterday, the second prize at Women 4*100-meter race in the ninth Zhengzhou Sports meeting. Again and again, my perseverance conquered the severe pain and frustration resulting from accidental injury in the training and I myself survived the race. From that on I am aware that in pursue of something I prefer I am able to dedicate myself like Don Quixote. Therefore today when I decide to knock on the door of biology I am ready to plunge into the forest of science and probe deeper.

I prefer Bioengineering in Pittsburg University because I want to understand how human grow up and the consist of different creature. What's more, I have a dream. I hope one day I can find different ways to change people's lives. When I was a little girl, I always want to wear the clothes that can change with the temperature and my feeling. Therefore, I want to discover new technology about clothes. However, I think the nature is mysterious, so I should learn more about nature and animals. That's why I want to choose Bioengineering.
