pikezander144 2 / 1 Dec 25, 2008 #1This is the optional essay for UPenn: You have just completed your 300-page autobiography. Please submit page 217.Am I allowed to submit page 217 of my 300-page autobiography as of right now, or is it a 300-page autobiography of my entire life? In other words, am I supposed to be writing about the past or the future?

alicimoo 3 / 24 Dec 25, 2008 #3I interpret it more as an autobiography of your entire life. So page 217 might be around the time of your retirement, 50s-60s?But at the same time, they might also be asking what you've done in your life so far, like what makes you stand our or something.I think either way you answer it is fine. If they really wanted a specific period, they would have indicated that.
