Work for company or work in own business ?

I think it is better to take position in a company and work for the company rather than going into business for themselves.Because of three reasons:less responsibility,more insurance and developing in career.

For my point of view i think if person works in a company he has less responsibility for work than in idvidual business.Because person who have own bussiness,basicly all liability of his bussines led on him and on nobody else.But in company work person is working for somebody.Exactly they have responsibility too,but their responsibility concluded only on their scope.It's more stresfull to solve tasks of company or something else when this company is yours.Unlike company owners, after work time workers do not think about the future of the company and do not worry about the development of this company.So they have responsibiliy only on they day work.

Second i think person who works for campany have more insurance than in indvidual.Because it is not easy to keep bussiness well in other wise you can lose it and you will have bankrupt.And it is all risks.Exactly you can lose your work in company too,but if you lose your work in company you will not have big harm for yourself rather than when you lose your whole business.You could lose all your money in business in just a one day.

And finally person can more develop in company work.Because most people start their carrier with working in a company. It is good because in the beginning of the working period people can make a lot of mistakes and cannot take much responsibilities for work.With working in a company person can learn new requerements from work that can increase person's work experience.When in work person make some mistakes he could be ignorred or corrected by workers.And by this correcting by workers person will learn not to do this kind of mistakes that can help him to develop in work.

Overall,I think person should start his work first in company work then he could open his own business.Because bird in the hand is better than two in the bush.

For few years we should work in the company so that we come to know how to manage a team, how to get profits and solve problems etc. then after we should start our own company....this is the best way to start our own company!!

What a hell ??
