max celsius degrees in four countries

The line graph below shows the average daily maximum temperatures for Auckland and Christchurch, two cities in New Zealand, and London and Edinburgh, two cities in United Kingdom.

Summaries the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram compare the average highest temperature of 2 cities in New Zealand, and 2 cities in United Kingdom(UK) the months of the year.

From the line graph, it is clear that, the temperature in New Zealand and UK are contradictory. In the coolest period of time, UK is colder than New Zealand, whereas New Zealand is warmer than UK in the hottest period of time.

The difference between the temperature 2 cities in New Zealand: Auckland and Christchurch are not too much, the maximum difference is around 5 degree in july. London and Edinburgh in UK also same like that, the disparity occur highest in July and 5 degree different. During december to march in New Zealand is the hottest time in year, the temperature is from 21 to 25 celsius, while at that time in UK is the winter season, the maximum temperature is 10 celsius. From April to August New Zealand become colder but the coldest time in July is just 15 degree in Auckland and 10 degree in Christchurch not too cold compare to the lowest temperature in London 6 degree. In the period New Zealand become colder, is the rising temperature time in year in England, the temperature increase from 10 degree and reach the top at 22.5 degree in London, lower than the hottest temperature in New Zealand.

There are several unnecessary words in your article.
-->From the line graph, it is clear that, The temperature ...

The word usage is incorrect.
-->The temperature ... are contradictory????.

Some grammatic problems such as lack of conjunction (run-on sentence) and abbreviation should not occur in IELTS tests.

Good luck for your test~

Sorry if my comment is wrong, or not right. I just want to give some question and comment and exchange knowledge. Give me a feedback if you think i am wrong. I will appreciate that.

1. The diagram ... in United Kingdom(UK) [need an preposition or not "in" ]the months of the year.

2. the temperature in ... are contradictory. I look up Oxford dictionary (lexico.com). Read all examples, I think contradictory is used to describe conclusions or data. if you write the sentence "the temperature data of New Zealand and UK are contradictory, I think it is better.

3. From the line graph, it is clear that, -> Should choose one to write in your essay. dont combine them together to increase essay length.

4. the disparity occur highest in July -> grammatical error: (occurs), (the highest or highest)? , i think the suitable word is largest.
5. 5 degree different. please explain me about the grammar usage.
6. while at that time in UK is -> Don't need to use "at that time" because "while" describes meaning (direct contrast of the first sentence).

7. "In the period New Zealand become ..." Please explain me the grammar structure is used here. I am so confused.

Hope you will get a high score.
