The process to create the cement is begun from the limestone and the clay which are crushed by crusher. The powder as result of crushing process are mixed and then is rotated in rotating heater. The next process, the powder is heated in the heater afterward the mixture was grinded and become the cement. The final process that the cement are packaged in the bags and the cement ready to sell.
In addition, the process how cement is used to produce the concrete for building purposes are by using the concrete mixer. There are four base materials to produce it which consist of 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand and 50% gravel. The next step that all materials is mixed and finally the concrete ready to use.
