Are there some heroes who will be remembered forever (Marie Curie)

There are some heroes who will be remembered and treasured forever . They have left such a lasting impression on our hearts and minds that no matter how many decades and centuries pass,they will continue to be a part of our lives.These heroic figures have found a permanent place in our books,a place which can never be erased irrespective of the fact that every year new heroes emerge.

One of my personal all-time hero is Marie curie.She has been a source of inspiration for me and i can never forget her.She was the first women to win the Nobel price.There was a time when women were not allowed to enroll in the university of Warsaw,her home city.She initially worked as a governess before she got the opportunity to enroll in the Sorbonne school in Paris.She graduated at the top of her class and became the first women to get a degree in physics from Sorbonne.

She is remember for not only breaking out of traditional molds but also for winning two Nobel prizes,one with her husband and the other after his death.She almost did not get the second Nobel prize due to rumors of misconduct in her personal life.However she asserted that her personal and professional lives were very different from each other and went to Stockholm despite opposition.she later died of cancer caused due to exposure to radium,one of the elements she discovered.

Unlike thousands of heroes who have been forgotten with the passage of time,Marie curie stays in our lives because she is a source of inspiration for women all over the globe because she surpassed orthodox conventions.She is a symbol for the quest of knowledge and her sacrifice for a higher goal has touched lives everywhere.Contrary to the human tendency 'to ring out the old and ring in the new ' , It is difficult to fathom how these heroes have survived the tides of time.However, some heroic figures are still part of our books because their words,achievements and actions are impossible to erase.

I do agree with giorgio186's comment. In addition to that I would like to add one more point which is 'I' must be in capital only no matter where it is.

She has been a source of inspiration for me and i (should be in capital) can never forget her.
