Memo: title change of laborers in network maintenance section

Can any body help me to check for any mistakes in the below memo.

Job title of sewerage laborers need to be change to reflect the work of the laborers in network maintenance section. currently there job title is sewerage laborers which needs to be changed to network maintenance laborers. So kindly request to formalize this change. their new job description will be forwared shorly.

The j ob title of sewerage laborers needs to be changed to reflect their work of the laborers in the network maintenance section. currently there job title is sewerage laborers which needs to be changed to network maintenance laborers.(The current title needs to be changed to "maintenance laborer".)
