"The Mind Wondering Fields." descriptive essay about a place.

i am currently taking compition I at a community college and i was wondering if anybody could help me with my subjective desciptive essay about a place.

There is small low class neighborhood in Dallas, texas called The Bottom. This neighborhood is a very small mysterious and exciting place to be. I see very many different people walking around with different problems. Even though there is alot of stuff going on in this neighborhood; it is also a place to get away from stuff.

When i think about the places in my life that i enjoy being; i think about the open fields across the street from my grandmothers' house, in The Bottom. The field look as if nobody had mowed them for months. Grass was growing up the rusted grey wire fence boarding the field; the grass looks as if it is intertwining with the wires. This grass is fine as a piece of paper and a tan brownish on top and deep green on the bottom. It is like it died as it grew taller. In the grass along the edges against the grainy street curb, are flowers that look like they are the color of my tough. there is a muddy, dirty brown walking trail running from the street to this big huge oak tree at the back of the field; ending without any destination. It has weird shaped branches coming out of the ground in some areas; there was faint gray rocks pushed deep down into the mud. When i walked down the trail i was always bound to trip becasue of the outrageous obstacles. the tree looked as if it had arms coming out of it brown, green mossed trunk; sometimes when it sway it looks as if it is moving fiercely towards me.

The main thing that sticks out to me in this field is the trail that does not have a destinations. It makes me think about starting something but never finishing it. When i look at the trail it makes me want to know, what was suppose to be at the end of it? This mind wondering field gives me hope that i can finish even when times are hard.
