IELTS TASK 1 - GLOBAL HYBRID VEHICLE SALESThe bar chart describes the number of fuel-electric vehicles which have been purchased in three different areas from 2006 to 2009. At the first glance, the total sales has experienced growth trend over four years. In any case, United States always keep the total of selling into the highest level except in the end of period.
To begin, the trend showed that US has experienced fluctuation. The amount of vehicles production rose significantly from 250,000 in 2006 to 350,000 in the next year which was the highest sales. However, 2008 saw a fall by virtually 300,000. This decreasing was continued in the last year as the sales just reached at less than 300,000.
As for Japan, it just stood at 50,000 in 2006. However, Japan was increased dramatically every year and peaked at almost 350,000 in the end of 2009. This upward trend led Japan to the highest vehicle transaction among other countries in 2009.
Moreover, other countries rose constantly from around 50,000 in 2006 to over 100,000 in the end of 2009. Unfortunately, it became the last every year although it showed upward trend.
