chanchalsingh199 2 / 6 2 Dec 1, 2016 #2I totally agree!! This is a good one. My grandfather quitted smoking at 59 and he is now 78. I can't believe it worked. But apparently, if you quit any time, you are getting back your lungs(unless you smoked real hard in your 20's that your lungs would probably be almost dead now)
