Responsibility and principles

What is responsibility for you?
I'm sure you answered something about responsibility related to other people, or maybe to tasks and chores. Let me share with you my thoughts.
First of all, every person has to understand that their actions have consequences. For instance, If you don't water a plant, it dies. If you yell at a person, they get upset or angry. But is it only about things and people that surround us? I'm convinced, that when people grow up, they become less interested in people's opinion. They care more about paying a bill, maintaining a relationship and so on. Sometimes they're getting unsure about their principles and worldview. They can consider it like something that was imposed in their childhood. Then starts the most interesting part. They are trying to change their worldview, habits and even thoughts. It leads to actions that will affect them in a bad way in the future.
Sometimes we can't change nature. If you start to despise you previous life, it's not an issue with your life, there is a issue with your mind. The more you deny some of your personal traits, the more it will accumulate inside. More you think bad about your old life, more you forget about it. I can't describe the feel of lost that people feel after all of this. You can't part with a part of yourself.
So maybe it's better to change your bad habits? If you follow the occasion of these habits and thoughts, letting them enter your mind, it will eat you inside. Dostoevsky knew what he wrote. You can lead them one minute and regret all your entire life.
Thank you for writing!

A personal definition of responsibility would be a fantastic way of opening this opinion essay. What is responsibility in your understanding? Then moving on to the definition based on other people's point of view would be a smooth way of transitioning your discussion to a public perception.

Please remember that in formal, academic writing, you cannot start a sentence with the word "but" because this is a coordinating conjunction that is used to connect contrasting ideas. Therefore, using it at the start of a sentence is incorrect since there is no comparison taking place. You can use a comma instead to connect the previous sentence to the next one so that you can use the word "but" in the correct manner, following English academic writing rules.

Regardless of the observations that I made, I have to commend you for a pretty solid piece of human writing. I am particularly proud of the fact that you did not use any AI at any point of your writing to help improve it. That is what made this piece of writing interesting and human in presentation. It showed an insight rather than an automated response to the question. Well done! Good job!
