Customer service is not about giving smile, assistance in finding products and putting some people at a counter with a big customer service board.Real customer service is far more than that. But i believe is businesses should be responsible for purchased product for at least one year. Within a year product should be denied of taking back unless it has been used pretty rough.

A store should not be able to refuse to take back a product within the first year unless it has been used roughly."I don't think many retailers would agree with your "one year rule."
