Nowadays, more then 30% of adolescents or children are obese or overweight. CDC reported in the past three decades, childhood obesity has quadrupled in adolescents and doubled in children. For prevent this phenomenon, Dr Shandra Hassink, Director of the American Academy of Pediatrics Institute for Healthy Childhood Weight, recommends that parents have to help kids get healthy. About diet, children do not make decisions alone. The weight of relatives member, exactly any nuclear family member, is a family problem.
