Computers are of a great help in the process of managing the governmental money flows. Any information can be easily accessed which save a lot of time for its users.

Nowadays computers are used in all the directions- beginning with medicine and finishing with commodities payments. The expenditures on computer technologies contribute much to the raise of the quality of services provided by the state.

In the same time, in the countries with low level of development buying a computer technology might be as important as in a developed country.
