TOEFL_The most important aspect of a job is the money a person earns. Do you agree?

Commonly in our lives is there a situation where a growing number of individuals are pursuing jobs which with fat salaries. We are always told that money is the most fundamental if one wants to make his or her own living, nonetheless, is it really the case? For me, it is the experience and happiness of a job that account, not the salary.

Admittedly, on no account can we deny that earn as many dollars as we can is the primary motivation for each employee. Money offers access to get what we want, it is significant in our lives. However, job solely with high salary leaves much to be desired. If single worker who obsesses about the money, and save almost all their time in life to finish the tasks, it will turn to an absolutely upset situation. Devoting oneself into the highly benefit occupation, despite the working hour, having virtually no relax, lead to the severe body harm; or trying to get maximum profits blindly results in facing jail, making it worthless to earn much money.

Experience one vocation can provide seems to be a demanding factor when choosing works. It is human nature to hunger for more when they achieving the former goals, hence it is not surprising/ conceivable that these greedy individuals take an effort to upgrade themselves during the work process. Improvement in career skills like analyzing problems and making plans are required, meanwhile more chances for promotion are in great demand. While the work experience are accumulated, social networks need to be enlarged. An ideal job can be available only after all the conditions are satisfied. We can observe this trait in daily life, nowadays a tremendous number of universities ask their undergraduates to take part-time jobs before leaving school, in order to get them ample practical experience rather than earning money, as a matter of fact, most of them even work for free during the internship.

It is universally acknowledged that interest and fitness is indispensable for one's road toward the success in career. The very root and spring of success lies in passion, only doing the dream work that meets the special needs will employees not be worn out and fill with energy to reach their goals. For instance, Walt Disney worked as a newspaper reporter at the very beginning, but the lack of enthusiasm for the task made him be fired by the editor. After tasting various kinds of works and ended with failure, he eventually found a recipe for success that worked. From this we can understand that working in an environment that you enjoy is really necessary.

Taking above mentioned into consideration, jobs merely providing fat wages is by no means satisfactory for most people, since abundant experience with enjoyment of works enable them apply into employments for a lasting periods of time.

Well, as I set my eyes on your essay, the first feeling I had was that whether you've been able to finish this essay on time. It looks a bit lengthy and since this is a time bound task, you need to be careful with the time factor. Had you managed time well, then no issue :D

For me, it is the experience and happiness of a job that accountmatter the most and not the salary.

Thanks for your advice, dear dumi. Actually I do have the problem finishing writing on time, it took me nearly an hour to finish this one. But once I start to write I can't stop, so I'm trying to improve my typing speed now.

Thanks again for your correction, it is really helpful. :)

Well, if that is a case, then stick to one particular approach. This is what I suggest for this task;
INTRODUCTION- Begin your essay with a strong hook and then introduce the background of the issue. State your opinion clearly before concluding your intro.
Body para 1; Write the first reason to justify your opinion. Support that reason with a specific example.
Body para 2 ; Write the second reason and support it with the example
Conclusion ; Sum up what you said above and reinstate your opinion.
I suggest you to stick to 4 para structure. If you get more free time, then add another body para in between :)

Well, I think it is a good idea for me to write only 2 body para, at least for now.
I will try it next time.
Again, thanks. :-)
