Working with co-worker and team is quite challenging and I believe the following characteristic
in a individual would likely enhance the work culture.
First characteristic would be goal-oriented,People who are goal oriented likely know there
targets and are focused.For example, Mr.France , who is my CEO is very defined in his goals and his daily
actives are typically inline with his foresight. Having had the chance to work with him, i have closely observed how setting
goals can define your everyday actions.
Second characteristic is empathy,This is the quality that i believe has the likelihood of developing good
relation-ship in a team.Helping out co-workers during work,increase the chances of reliability and trustworthy.
When my co-worker had to go on a leave due to sickness, I had to take over the entire work until he was back.It was
extra stack of work with additional hours of working.After noticing my long hours stay in office my team members offered to share the
work.Since, then our team has been more compassionate about every duties that stack up on a single person and share there piece of job
when it looks burdensome,nobody has complains whatsoever about sharing work.
On the whole i believe being goal-oriented and empathy are two most preferable characteristic that i would like to see in my co-worker.
