I've read ur essay,,and when I was reading the first paragrahph, I felt that you are not 100% enjoy ur activities, u joined this under pressure,,maybe it just because of your words..

Why you don't try to tell people like.."I'm an intovert person who is interested with networking...even tough it's very challenging in first time I join blablabla, it wasn't make me stop..my father taught me to be a social person..he also taught me to (.......).
