I agree with this viewpoint for two reasons. Firstly, teachers play a fundamental role in providing knowledge for the development of young people. For example, teachers' suggestions will be the driving force to promote the activeness and curiosity of students, ending the stagnation of students before new lessons. Secondly, teachers are likely to have a huge impact on a student's personality, since children tend to learn things through observation and imitation. For instance, children who are quiet and live in the shell of their parents when studying in a friendly environment with many interesting things will change their personality.
