After completing my studies in the UK, I plan to apply my knowledge and skills to modernize my family business, Perusahaan Susu Sapi & Kambing 'MAJU,' while empowering human resources within my community. By addressing high levels of unemployment and poverty, my goal is to create jobs and develop the local workforce to meet the demands of a changing economy.
A key part of my strategy involves introducing innovative farming techniques and modern business practices. I will integrate technology into our agribusiness operations, focusing on sustainable and efficient methods to improve productivity. By recruiting and training community members in these skills, I aim to build a well-prepared workforce that can excel in a modernized environment. Additionally, I plan to instill a culture of continuous learning and skill development among employees.
