Research Papers / Cultural Tradtion &/or Expectation - Americanizing [ 4 page Research Paper] [4]

I plan to write the essay on how immigrants who come over to America have slowly loss their tradition and/or expectations when they become americanized for examples : clothing, music, celebrations, language and etc.

I need help to develop an argument, maybe how it is necessary to become americanized to live in America and the cultural loss does not outweigh the necessarily of becoming americanized. Is this a good argument ?

Also I don't know how to start my main points [2-3 main points].
