Flattering is a social evil. It has devastating consequences for the Society. Corruption, Nepotism, Favoritism is some by product of this evil. The Flattered lost the touch with reality when he is surrounded by flatterers and he started to work according to their wishes.

Healing 80, My Friends i think that in 2nd paragraph you use may basic necessities of life instead of basic material.
You may

basic industry related factors such as light, electricity, load, highways, natural resources, technology and buildings for companies

better it using words like infrastructure and power generation.

Hopefully it make your text better.

Flattery is a social evil. It has devastating consequences for the Society. Corruption, nepotism, favoritism is some byproduct of this evil. The Flattered lost the touch with reality when he is surrounded by flatterers and he started to work according to their wishes.

The flattery first targets merit. It directed towards gaining undeserved favor which may be position, contract or any matter of importance. If employee gets promotion due to his flattery skill instead of hard work and competency to the position, then morale of other workers is adversely effect, and same goes for the effectiveness of the company. The seed of destruction is sow in the organization and party starts for devil.

Flatterers are around the person which has power or authority in any sphere of life. They started to fill their prey's heart and mind with vanity and pride that he loss the balance of the mind. He gradually lost the touch with reality and wishes to always occupy by flatterers.

Flattered person lost his balanced; he could not tolerate the positive criticism, he believes that he is inculpable. Satan could not do more mischief to human. He may leave him alone to take his dinner as his works is done flatterers.

THE IMPOSSIBLE IS OFTEN THE UNTRIED

Nature blessed the human with unimagined power: the will to conquer the universe, the desire to know, and the curiosity of the unknown. The word impossible does not match with human nature has amply evident by global history.

The history of civilization exemplifies that humanity in his journey from the Bronze Age to the Modern times brought changes by continuously trying to improve their means of living.The human discoveries and invention are result of the continue efforts.

European never tried to discover the new sea routes to India and China until 14 century. The circumstance changes with change of Political Power in Mediterranean Region. The European Started to send expedition to discover the new trade route to India, and their continuous effort at last rewarded. They discover the new route to India through Cape of Hope, and also the new spectrum of knowledge during expedition that led to discovery of New World.Before then it was impossible because they never tried to discover to new route.

When we think about any matter as impossible, then it really is impossible, because we are not trying to make it possible. When we change our attitude and try to make it possible. Then it does not remain impossible.

Some advice I just thought of: memorizing an essay with correct grammar.

with all due respect, i think that by acting on your advice could be disaster for his confidence, if the topic is quite different from what it memorize.As you say Cat head as excellent writing capability and he should have confidence in his writing skills.

with some ideas that is more usefull and well known in development of technology, in which one generation knowledge and experience is used by younger generation for betterment of whole humanity. In this phase in development of computer, cars, airplanes, space technology and many more places from you can give examples.

Comprehensive note: A Civil Servant is a Public Servant

The primary responsibility of the civil servant is to sever the public. All his salary and other benefits are paid out of the public purse and he is hire by the public to administrate their affairs in any assign role. It is fundamental for civil servant to carry his duties neutrally; set apart his political affiliation, free him self ethnic prejudice, and his religious views .To sum, the base of all his actions is must be from the law.

The appointments for civil servants are held on merit because of nature of his duties that first and foremost demand neutrality and honesty. They should strive of the public good and betterment of their lives. They are expected to give truth advice to political leadership and bear the pressure, if they going out their limits. The real bosses of the civil servants are the General Public and they should always strive for their good.

A public servant should not play in he hands of elite and become a tool for advancement of their interest. There are not supposing to save the interest of Politician, Industrialist and other high officer but to sever the public with utmost vigilance and truthfulness. They must have the courage to stand for pressure of high ups if there demands are unlawful.
