thank you all for your reply. I used a quite personal experience and will be glad if you help me confirm if it answers the question.

How do you demonstrate integrity and command respect?
Describe one of the most difficult decisions you ever made. What made it so difficult? What process did you use to make the decision? Give examples of this. Try to do this in no more than 250 words. We can discuss it further at interview

My endoscopy result proved I had Hiatus Hernia and Stomach Ulcer and the reasons behind the awful pains I experience after taking in either solid or liquid food. The complexity of deciding between staying home and going to college was because of the possibility of failing academically and not recovering quick enough if I choose school. At the hospital, my doctor shared his experience in a comparable condition where he chose to stay out of school for two years to recover; my mother's expression confirmed her support on that decision.

Looking at the situation at hand, I established the fact that, whatever decision I take will affect none other but me and my future plans, it was therefore my decision alone to make. I chose to centre on my personal ambitions, goals and plans for the future with regards to education, career and family. I considered all the alternatives and my concerns for days using pros and cons list and chose college because I believe determination defines success in spite of all the uncertainties with the decision.

Although two years of my academic performance reflected this unstableness, I pulled out of quickly saying to myself, "I will not create any excuse to fail". I was determined to graduate with nothing less than honours.
