Letters / "active participant in class" ; recommendation letter by past teacher [4]
Kindly check this recommendation letter for me, as I am not confident about this. This has to be written by my past teacher at college who has taught me for two years.
To Whom It May Concern,
As the Principal of xxx College of Science, Hyderabad, I have had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Ruba Ali since 2007. She had been a tremendous
student and an asset to our college. I would like to recommend Ms. Ruba for your Undergraduate Study Program.
As I had served as her Chemistry teacher also in class XII and XII I can say that Ms. Ruba is, without question, one of the ten most outstanding students
I have taught in my career.
While a student at xxx College of Science, Ms. Ruba had always challenged herself academically. She was an active participant in class
discussions, and grasps material quickly. She has superb written and verbal skills that is a pleasure for any teacher to encounter.
Ms.Ruba is a careful and creative thinker with an eye for details and a devotion to logic, which serves her well both in the sciences and outside them.
Apart from scoring well in natural science subjects she also excel at social sciences ones, especially English and Literature. She has the terrific ability
to draw on her own experience and observations to develop thoughtful opinions on a variety of issues. Ms. Ruba already knew she wanted to major in
Medicine when she took my course, but this did not diminish her intellectual curiosity about the topics we covered in Chemistry. Her regular contributions
to full class discussions provided insight both for her peers and for me as an instructor. Ms. Ruba was also invaluable in small group interaction with her
peers.
In Ms. Ruba's relationship with her class colleagues, she has an extremely amiable personality and was popular among her classmates as she showed
great consideration and deep respect for others. Without my asking, she took on the responsibility of helping her classmates, consolidate vast amounts of
information into coherent set of ideas, and she quickly became a study group leader. On many occasions, she had helped her classmates in various
subjects, especially Chemistry and Biology. By the fact that she had always encouraged her collaegues' interest in the activities she was involved in,
without fearing that may be somebody better than her, to take her place.
She has successfully demonstrated leadership ability by counseling new and prospective students. Her advice has been a great help to those students,
many of whom have taken time to share their comments with me regarding her pleasant and encouraging attitude. Being honest and hardworking, she
demonstrates the best of behavior and excellent study habits.
I have known Ms. Ruba for six years and can, in full confidence, vouch for her academic superiority, her leadership qualities, her kindness, and her
passion. Ms. Ruba had a remarkable academic background. She had shown profound interest in all her subjects and consistently hands in assignments
of astounding quality. When she came to our college for admission in class XI, she earned distinctions from class 6th to 10th and was one of the top five
students in her middle school classes. Ms. Ruba scored 100% marks in Mathematics from class 6th to 10th as well as in the annual board examinations.
As a monitor in her class, Ms. Ruba was always the leader in every aspect and had held the highest position in our college's rating for two conseceutive
years of study in our college. Being her teacher and Principal, I can vouch that she is one of the most brilliant and kindhearted student that I have
encountered in my career. She was an energetic, enthusiastic leader in all jobs of her class as well as voluntary activities held by college. Ms. Ruba was
also responsible in her work and is able to handle the pressure of deadlines very well.
Ms. Ruba also used to abide by college rules and used to reach college in time. She was punctual, outstanding and self reliant student. She often comes
up with queries regarding the subject and tries to keep herself updated with current affairs. Her illustration and presentation skills were of good standard.
Her performances were up to the mark.
Ms. Ruba was very active in her Science experiments and she was very fond of Chemistry experiments. She was very good in drawing biology practical
Journal. She used to play badminton with her friends and classmates in college premises. She was also keen of reading newspapers and books
especially adventurous novels.
As for her relations to the other teachers, in the year of 2007-2009, I had not received any complaint from any of them, as she had always shown respect
for the entire didactic collective, and he had shown great interest in the classes he liked best.
Ms. Ruba was one of the top achievers in the monthly tests of our college, out of 1000 students. Knowing that she is more passionate towards medicine
than Chemistry, I find her results in my subject impressing. Her capacity of understanding the chemical reactions and equations and the ease with which
she orientates on the periodic table are only few of her abilities that led her to a excellent grade.
Not only Ms. Ruba's academic excellence but also her characteristics won my favour. She always expressed deep concerns for others. I remember at
the end of 12th college year , when we went for the field trip, after one week of our trip one student got Malaria and she went on a leave of ten days. After
that sorrowful accident, Ms. Ruba often came to visit her at her house. She also took her notebooks and, with some other classmates, helped writing
down the lessons. The incidence turned out to tightening the friendship bond between them.
Ms.Ruba's skills were not only evident within our college but throughout the district. She got 17th position in her Intermediate examinations ,out of
thousands of students in BISE Hyderabad and ranked 5th, out of 900 students and got admission in the oldest renowned university of Sindh province,
xxx Medical College.
I am sure that she will be successful in her field, as she has chosen Medicine as a field of study as she is delegent and has keen interest in studies. In my
teaching career and as a head of the college, I have not seen such a wonderful "High Achiever" in my life practically. The key of her success is that she
has control over her bad habits.
Ms. Ruba is truly the type of person who knows the goal and how to achieve it. I am sure that Ms. Ruba will have a profound impact in the field of
Medicine as she is diligent and demonstrates a genuine interest for the major. I have come to respect this young woman and regard her as a glimpse of
perfection.
I have tried my best to provide you with the best and most accurate information regarding Ms. Ruba. It is with all these mentioned personal attributes and
talents that I can, without hesitation, recommend Ms. Ruba for this Undergraduate Study Program. If you have any questions regarding this recommendation,
please contact me anytime at your convenience.
Sincerely yours,
