Graduate / SOP for Information Systems: e-Business Technology MSc [2]

I apply for MSc Information Systems: e-Business Technology and they ask my for SOP but I don't really know how to write it or what should I say , it is my first time :(

and also I graduated from a non- business field so what should I say to convince them that am capable for taking this course

please any hint or advice ?
