Writing Feedback / the best way to teach is to praise positive actions and ignore negative ones [3]

the author of the issue assets that negative actions should be ignored and positive actions should be encouraged is the best way of teaching.but this is not the solo way of teaching good to the people .the way of approach varies in regard with the field and context.like whether educator ,employee,parent.

the possible situations are firstly in teaching fields.
while considering the society issues.
during parenting stage.
Mainly if we take the teachers who are path creators for future generations they should be in a way to heilet the positive things in children.for example, teacher raises a question in the class and out of all the class only a few students or only one student raises to answer the query.the teacher should encourage the student although he gives a wrong answer.in dis way positive should be enlightened. enlightening the only positive with out giving a tenuous look at negative is also not a good thing.the teacher should give priority to both the things .hierarchy in this is positive and then negative.

while parenting both positive and negative.children are highly attached to parents .children at this age are more likely to adopt to things what they see in daily life with out knowing what is write and what is wrong. so parents should guide them they should teach them morals and principles.the process of going in this way is completely in a robust way. Negative criticism need not be done in a harsh manner.if they do so they become more stubborn.

they principle may mislead in some of the cases if we take employees.they need to be encouraged in order to get the work done.there will be some employees who mistake this easiness and goes on repeating the same flaws.

so depending on the person on whom we are going to react and what is the situation concerned with ,by taking all these the approach should be made.
