Grammar, Usage / APA formatting - Review Essay [17]

APA learning paper. Why would a teacher want this?

Hello. I'm new here and this may not get answered but I will try.
My professor has assigned an essay in APA format. I understand how to set it up but
my problem is the essay. And wants 3 written pages!! Telling how to write a paper in
APA format. I have written many papers and this is my last semester of college. Why
would a teacher want this? Has any of your readers ever had to write a paper like this.?
