I think you gave great detail about the situations. However, i do not like your dreadful words about how it brought you down emotionally and physically. You should talk about how you never gave up even in your desperate situation because that's more pleasing to college admission people.

I enjoy all the examples you gave to show your experience makes you a better choice than any other applicant but you must also talking about a specific experience too like a day at your father's job so admission officers can get a better idea of your life.
