Writing Feedback / Every individual has a responsibility to obey just laws and to disobey and resist unjust laws [3]

Hello, I'm new member and preparing for GRE examination. Here is the topic i got from the GRE verbal book
Thank you in advance !

Subject
Every individual in a Society has a responsibility to obey just laws and to disobey and resist unjust laws.

Essay instruction (GRE Verbal reasoning book Task1)
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the claim. In developing and supporting your position, be sure to address the most compelling reasons and/or example that could be used to challenge your position.

Law are rules created for people to live together peacefully, although, not all of them seems to be fair and reasonable. Should people resist these prejudice law? And comply only the reasonable one. Well, I strongly disagree with this statement. Judging and choosing law to comply may come up with a society chaos.

Firstly, what is the meaning of unjust law? Well everyone may have their own reasons the clarify which and how it's unjust, in other word there are million thousand reason to classify laws as "unjust". For example Mr. B may think oh according to the traffic regulation, driver must waiting until the traffic light is green before driving is waste of time, so It's unjust law. If these reason are sounded? If I think that it's sound, but you don't. Does that law unjust? As you can see, it's completely unreliable. Moreover, from the previous example, people tends to disobey the law that are making them inconvenient. The result is, everyone obey the rule that benefit them and disobey the rule that don't. In other word, everyone tend to do as they pleased. So, what is the different between having and not having laws in this case?

Secondly, sometimes, a law that seems unreasonable may integrate to prevent some sounded reason to prevent accident or something that is hard to exonerate. For example, quarantine or reject all traveler from Ebola country seems very unjust and unreasonable to them. It's hard to explain why they are being rejected and quarantine all, instead of only infected person. The reason behind this is, since in early stage of Ebola is hardly distinguish from flu or common cold, when these traveler get sick from anything. The Health care officer will panic seek out for them and get them to the nearest quarantine facilities. No matter where they are. Only one sick of these traveler can cause a country wide panic. What will happen if they disobey the rule since it's very unjust? Well I cannot imagine how the chaos is, in this country.

In the summary. I strongly agree that everyone have to follow the law whether its prejudice or not. Depending on individual's reason to judge the law to obey is varied and unreliable and these unjust law sometimes have a good reason behind it which is very hard to exoteric. If everyone are seeking ways to not comply the laws, how chaotic our country will be?
