Undergraduate / "Challenging" would be the first word that I would use to describe Boston. Why BU is a good fit. [2]
In no more than 250 words, please tell us why BU is a good fit for you and what specifically has led you to apply for admission.
Meeting new people and having novel experiences are things that I am never tired of. Ever since I was in high school, I have always looked forward to enter college where I can take an initiative and constantly challenge myself. Through the information from my guidance counselor and BU's website, I learned that Boston University is definitely where I can pursue my passion.
"Challenging" would be the first word that I would use to describe Boston. Since challenges shade my life more colorfully and meaningfully, I am eager to be a part of Boston, taking a step outside of my boundaries. Having studied as an international student in an American high school, I have faced small and large challenges throughout my high school career. I am fully aware of how astonishing it feels to eventually vanquish a limitation. Since Boston is a notably challenging school, which strives to foster a dynamic and rigorous learning environment, I strongly believe that Boston's philosophy lines up perfectly with my vision. Especially, I am highly interested in BU's College of Art and Science, which fosters knowledge of wide spectrum and values uniqueness.
Boston offers me more than just the great reputation; it is BU's uniqueness and rigorousness that enthralls me the most. With the help of BU, I will be successful after college and be able to make a place for myself. I can imagine myself thriving at BU, knee-deep in coursework and loving every minute of it.
guys-how do you think about this essay? :) any thoughts or comments would be truly appreciated.
Thanks in advance :)
