Essays / Your opinion about native regions and accomplished person's influence on the regions they belong to. [4]

My understanding for this question is the following, it should be two parts: 1, whether the environment (the native region - the place where the person grows up) would have effects on their lives, it could be negative or positive. 2, whether successful persons will also have influence on their home-town.

Is this correct? Thanks!
