Try to bring profession leadership and influence examples. do not tell about the family or personal live skills. you stated 3 examples, the first one is complicated you would better to explain how you acted toward reduction of delay, and should not explain much about your team. it is to show your L&I skills. the second example is not about leadership. it is more for networking. the third is multiple situation. you had better to state your teaching experience and explain how you used your leadership skills to manage and influence students.
