Scholarship / The desire to surround myself with wise people made had impact on my leadership and influence skills [3]
From early years,I was sought to be on a par with people who were older, stronger and more skilled I used the opportunity to rise up my aspiration growth my active attitude to life everywhere. that brought me good qualities, including leadership and influence skills.
My leader's skills appeared at first when I was in General Sudanese Student Union in Saudi Arabia that in 2008,I was Member of the organizing team for celebrations and intermediate school students, that learning me many thinks and give my vision to work with people who older then me and the student who seem in my age and some time I was leader for organizing the celebration.
In 2014,I was in Limkokwing university and I didn't see any Sudanese community and they are was many community in our university so from that I was talk with all my Sudanese student and all of them the support me,and I be one of who build up the Sudanese society student in Limkokwing university.And we participated with all our university festivals. the most important festivals in our university is cultural night so that was our first participation at the university.
In 2016 everyone he asked me to be one of the society team after they see what I did for them as a result of my skills to influence. And as a leader, I was choice "social office" position, In that year it's was my graduated day and my family and all other student's families are come from our country so I think to make something special to families and make them happy, proud for their son's.
So I talked with our university in that and of course at first they say it to me no, but I was insistence to approve one more last think to every impossible can succeed,after insistence and the community officer in university he saw my proposer and he was read it and he give me approve to do it and he say it to me this is a first kind of party do here in our university it was a"Sudanese henna (we do it for student who was graduated)"and go to be ready for it I support you.I remember that day I had a fantastic opportunity to enhance my leader skills and that was 13th December 2016. That was last performances my influence skills was success.
To sum up, leaders are not the people to seek chances they always create chance for themselves to change their community and country, toward good withe their vision, perseverance and dedication to their work, influences a group towards the goal achievement to refine life quality. and he dedicate himself to his work to characteristics to succeed as leader.As a young leader I believe that I have good accomplishments until now, I am eager to give strength in my leadership skills . and Chevening scholarship will move me forward, I'll acquire new knowledge, skills which I bring back to my counter to develop new knowledge for quality.
