I cannot help too much as I am, myself, behind in this part of the app process. I noticed, though , that you spoke alot about experiences you've had and 'what is' in the world but not how your experiences are going to make you a damn good veterinarian. That's what you need to focus on and use your examples only as simple references that taught you specific lessons that will allow you to add to the veterinary profession.
