One of the most profound experiences we can have in our lives is the connection we have with other human beings. Positive and supportive relationships will help us to feel healthier, happier, and more satisfied with our lives.when I was a high school student I used to represent the school in the Student Union. so I started to learn how to build relationships and develops my skills of making contact with others. Relationships are the building blocks for all community organizing activities. Whether you want to organize a volleyball game or get rid of unfair housing practices in your town, you will need lots of good relationships. Why? Because the relationships we have with our coworkers, the communities we serve, and even our adverusaries are the means for achieving our goals. During my college time I had a extremely good relation with my colleagues and professors, I build relations and connections by knowing others interests and personality and by being honest ,confident, flexible and friendly with others, I try to be professional to maintain the relations as long as possible by being thoughtful and connect the other side time to time asking how they doing with theirs lives . During college I had made a group on Facebook all students were members , we used that group for exchanging informations, interests,tried to help each other's for preparations of exams ,even when one of us had a problem all members tried to help her/him. So the group made us know each other better and get close to each other more.So because of that I was able getting benefits from that group for my studies, completing my graduation project very well even emotional supports same for other students. When I was working at Zakho Technical Institute DPU. I made several relations through Mr.Mzgin the head of the survey department to other departments like Oil Department, Petroleum Geology and Sediments which

Dr. Taha was the head of department ,and I learnt a lot from them how to lead , manage , deal with students and how to prepare lectures. Relationship not only between strangers the must important relationship is between family's members in my opinion if you do not have good relation with your family you might be lack of confidence and will not be able to build long and strong relations .My father always tells me to help others without waiting for repayment. I hope that the Chevening will give me the opportunity to build better and stronger and more professional relationships which will help me throughout my future, career and my life. Chevening award will give me the chance of building relations with other Engineering in UK and work on high international level. I like knowing new culture ,people and learning UK culture with its century traditional and history. I would like to be apart of young leaders from all over the world to bring solutions for world issues because I always dreamt of being a great leader.
