In January 2011, Ms. Noaman Reem joined the Bibliotheca Alexandrina as a junior graphic designer in the Publishing Department, which I was heading until 2014 and am continuing to monitor the Publishing team, as a Senior Publishing Expert and Special Advisor, till the present date. I would like to take the opportunity to recommend Ms. Reem for the Chevening Scholarship.

For over eight years, I have been observing Ms. Reem and her mode of work, and I was impressed by her evident talent. Reem has been developing her skills and managed to master a wide range of sophisticated Graphics and multimedia techniques, and applying them in her works in the Library.

Presently, she is a senior graphic designer and has been engaged in several creative projects and her efforts were commendable and appreciated. She has a creative eye for shape and form, plus a fine taste for colors and is very professional, along with her devotion, enthusiasm, and dedication in her work.

I feel confident that she will continue to stand out in her field. Reem is a dedicated and trustworthy person, very reliable, and is a team player. She is fierce in her work and passionate about graphic design. She would be an excellent candidate for the Chevening scholarship Program.
