Dear Mr.Johnson
Recently, I have been informed about our company's organisation which allows attendants to go abroad to study a new language. I'd very much like to be considered to be a part of it.

I have been working as a manager assisant at customer service department for 5 years. Our duty is explaining any misunderstanding or questions about our service and support customers' difficulties. We also check the reviews on our website and app to make a report, and reply response on the social media as well as telephone. In recent months, the rate of foreign customers has been increasing significantly, espeacially in Europe and Asia. We estimate that the the number of oversea customers is twice as much as that of national ones.I find talking to people who are not able to speaking or writing English quite challenging, which could reduce my work productivity and qualification. It is vital importance that I could adapt aa popular used language like France or Chinese.

I can arrange with my colleagues to stand in for my position during the time I am absent.
