Hey everyone, as the title says, I have been struggling with a persausive essay for long enough my school was planning on withdrawing me because they thought I wasn't doing it. I have gotten that sorted out, but I was really hoping to have at least a rough draft by the end of the break to show my teacher. Unfortuantely, all my research leads me to more questions, often not related to the original point. I feel like I've gotten nowhere.

The assignment is to write an 800 word essay about one of the topics listed. I chose 'What role will robots play in our future?' because I enjoy automation, so I thought it might make it easier. I can't use personal pronouns like 'I' or 'You', and I have to cite all my sources in MLA formatting. After it's all done I need to write a bibliography. Unfortunately, I don't even know what it is. I tried looking it up and it confused me more. Is it the same as citing my sources?

I don't even really know what my question is, to be honest, I just need help. I have next to nothing down and it's been months. Please, and thank you in advance.
