Describe how you can apply the knowledge and experience gained from your time in Sweden in your organization/company and/or in your home country/region upon your return from Sweden.
Social inequalities and sustainability management are the two crucial fields that been unnoticed for years particularly in East Indonesia. During my involvement, I realized aid charity and donation will not solve these prolonged issues, I, therefore believe the key aspect to tackle this by collaborating with local government and policymakers to develop appropriate and strategic development programs for sustainable societal change. So, I determine to be the agent of change in this matter. Happily, I discovered Soderton & Linnaeus have the same values and multi-approach eco-social programs. So, I hope the ability that I acquire in Sweden, along with my problem-solving skills and experience in sustainable change project for people safety and well-being, will expand my capacity for an immediate plan to team up closely with leaders, regional government to establish more equal opportunities in areas of education, jobs, sustainable production and socio-pruner leadership program in east Indonesia.
