Dear Anand,
In the morning, the building manager informed me that you had given a written complaint about the loud noise from my house. The annoying noise could be due to the ongoing renovation work in the apartment and I am unaware of such disturbances.
Kindly accept my heartfelt apology for any inconvenience caused by the noise. I have discussed the noise issue with the team and conclude that heavy machinery work should be completed in the afternoon, as many of us are out on work and it won't disturb the peace of the neighborhood.
I will try my best to make things as comfortable as possible for you and your family. Once again thanks for your patience in advance, if you have any concerns regarding the noise, please do let me know.
