The line graph illustrates the amount of four different types of food which consumed in a European country from 1979 to 2004.
Overall, fish was spent the least in the European country. Also, the expediture on beef, fish, lamb decreased, while there was a flactuately increase in chicken consumption.
In 1979,the cosumption of beef was spent the highest in four differents food, at 220 gram person per week. In the same year, the figuer for beef and lamb used lower at under 150 gram and exactly 150 gram respectively. The amount of fish was the lowest number with only 50 gram eaten.
In the period from 1979 to 2004,the spending on chicken increased constantly and reached the highest point 250 gram in 2003. By contrast, fish consumption remained almost unchange until 1989 and declined to only 40 gram for the rest of period. Although the amount of beef reached a peak of 240 gram in 1983, this dropped steadily to just 100 gram in the year 2004. There was a fall the consumption of lamb, at around 50 gram.
