scholarship in accountitng application
I am applying for a scholarship in accountitng qualification. I am required to include introduction about myself and why I choose this qualification in my essay
ESSAYMy name is Nguyen Tuyet Han. I am eighteen years old. Standing amongst the dynamic vibes of this hectic city, namely Saigon, I find myself proud to be a native here. I have just graduated from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School this year and started my new journey as a student at RMIT University Vietnam. I am intrinsically into doing things that help to develop myself, both professionally and personally. As changes occur, learning permeates deeply into one's life, forcing one to become an adaptive learner. I am self-questioning a lot about the meaning of myself in the world of insecurities. Back in high school, I used to be so frustrated when trying to reach big goals. However, at the end of the day, I felt compelled to take small steps toward optimizing my study, as well as avoiding excuses by facing my flaws and making amends for my mistakes. Getting good grades is not the only factor that leads me to success; people have different abilities due to unmatched life experience, which makes up such a diverse workforce. To that end, I enjoy being a unique individual.
When it comes to accounting, I deem that this activity holds an important place in business as it allows managers to make informed decisions based on provided records and analysis of an entity's financial and non-financial performance. Thus, accounting, in my opinion, is one of the crucial skills to acquire in order to gain a competitive edge in the job market. In terms of why I choose to pursue ACCA qualification, it is a well-rounded international qualification, which acts as a gateway to the established professions whilst also creating opportunities for me to work globally. Regardless of academic background, I believe that anyone can gain a foothold in this career as long as they endeavor to study.
