Undergraduate / How do I write this essay on education definition properly? [3]

Here is a part of a cheeky essay I wrote for Brown. I'm not sure if I'm going in the right track, so I need more opinions!

Prompt:French novelist Anatole France wrote: "An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know. It's being able to differentiate between what you do know and what you don't." What don't you know?

Have you ever seen a picture of Anatole France? He has a beard. An odd looking beard. I don't know why he had that beard. I presume it must have been a fad during his time. Either that or he practiced ostracism.

I don't know the answer to life. I don't know why people yell over international phone calls. I don't know how to play the guitar solo in Stairway to Heaven. Yet. I don't know how to spot a black hole in space, but neither do scientists. Overall, I don't know many things.

I know English. And a bit of Spanish. And Hindi and Marathi and Tamil. I could tell you the total number of languages I know but I don't know how to count more than seven. Which reminds me of a joke. Why is eleven scared of seven? Because seven comes after six. Get it? No? Okay. I also know Java code, if that counts as a language. I don't know Swedish, although I'd like to learn that. I don't know what Alaska is like; I've never been there. I don't know why my splel check isn't working. I can't remember where I got my guitar from. Does this answer the question? I don't know. So I'm not going to stop.

Why does the company Apple have that logo? If the apple's bitten, doesn't that insinuate that the company is selling used electronics? And what does Ronald McDonald look like without his make up on? Why does Nickelback keep making the same songs every year?

Undergraduate / 'My goal is to ignore people's opinions about me' - admissions essay for NJIT [3]

I would suggest that you write about a specific event, take all this information and somehow plug them in the essay in coherence. I initially wrote an essay much like this and I've re-written mine about 7 times. Now, I have an essay that talks of a specific moment that was special to me, that impacted me in some way that perfectly portrayed my personality. I would ask you to do the same.
