I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor condition of Rose street in Ha Noi city.
My name is Phuong, whose house is located at number 10 on this street.
Recently, the increasing population in the area has led to a significant in various types of vehicles, resulting in rapid deterioration of the road. There are potholes in the middle of the road, which are causing people to fall.
Consequently, unfortunately, accidents have occurred.
I respectfully request that the road on Rose street might be repaired as soon as possible. Regardless of the delay, I expect the council to place some warning signs to alert people about the dangers of crossing the road.
