I have just started writing my sop. Just give me your suggestions about intro para. Help me if I could improvise a bit.

Communication with its boundless sphere of activities controls every aspect of human life. Communication Technology is the most widely and rapidly applied technology in contemporary world and its deep penetration into society has generated both a technology push and a user demand, soliciting researchers for further progress and innovation. I strongly feel the purpose of technology is better served if it could improve the quality of human life and I would like to be a part of any change that is for better. I believe that graduate study at your university will be my most prominent initiative to achieve such career objectives.
