However, I would like to bring to your attention an issue that I encountered upon delivery. When the package arrived at my house last month, I noticed that the box of the new phone had visible scratches. While these scratches did not impact the functionality or appearance of the phone itself, it did concern me from a customer satisfaction perspective.
