Essays / How to write an AFS personal statement? [3]

Hi, everyone
I'm Nadine and recently I decided to joined the AFS program.
I've never write an essay before and I'm pretty new in this kind of field so I try to look for examples about personal statement specially when they asked you to write about yourself.
I also want to know how to write an interesting essay that will captivate the reader's interest.
