Hey everyone!

I am starting a comparison essay on the novels "The Stone Angel" by Margaret Laurence and "King Lear" by Shakespeare. My thesis is:

King Lear and Hagar Shipley are two parents whose "blindness" prevents them from seeing themselves and their children for who they truly are.

I was wondering if someone could give me a few tips for this essay. Thanks in advance!
