Letters / autobiography/ why you want the job (summer adventure camp) [5]

This is for a job at a summer adventure camp on the top of cushion peak. I have to write a paragraph about my self and why i want the job. I Know that's 2 different thoughts right. I think what they mean is keep it short. I'm going for a semi-formal tone.

they say there are looking for help who "will need to bring boundless energy, many creative bursts, a strong sense of intedependence(sic) on others, lots of laughter, a focus on mentoring kids, fresh ideas, an open mind, and a passion for making a positive difference in our world. We hire people from every walk of life, from all over the globe, who are chosen for their integrity, their energy, and their community spirit , and are passionate about helping. " so I need to convey that in my "paragraph".

any why hears the rough draft.

My name is Jereme Carpe*ter you say it like it was spelled with a Y, but my Cherokee name is Snipe, just like the bird that's hard to shot.

I live in upper b****s county.
I play the flute, I'm learning to play the mandolin, and I'm teaching myself Spanish.
I sometimes I think I was meant to to this like the sun was meant to shine. Have you ever had a sensation like you were meant to do something in life? I can feel it in side me.

Last summer I lead a class in search and rescue complete with a live victim at a camp, it felt incredible. It was at a place called down earth nature camp, they teach skill like building fire, making shelter, finding edible plants, no trace camping and respect for nature. I went gone to that camp for the 5 years. I like football, basketball, and just about ever other sport. I'd have to credit that liking to my gym teacher. He was the role model I hope I'll be one day. He also taught me to love a good challenge.

I've ran the gods county marathon (26.22 miles or from cushion peak to Lebanon Valley College in Annville) twice, I've backpacked across Maryland end to end. In spring I hope to do the 4 state challenge. In September I biked a century (biking 100 + miles in one day or cushion peak to Scranton) I've done a spirit triathlon and I hope to do a full triathlon soon.

I've been a volunteer firefighter ever since I've been old enough, its a job that requires dedication, and responsibility. I think working with children is can be like fighting fires: it not always fun, its not always easy, some days is just plain hard, but its an important job all the same. To secede at either you need integrity, a large surplus of energy, and be passionate about helping.

And that's why I want to work at camp Weiser.+

I am a w-emt: along with CPR, phtls (pre-hospital trauma life support) suspected child abuse and neglect (they still need and academe for that) lifeguard (American lifeguard Association) & a few others. (see application)*

*W-EMT and CPR are standard requirements so i didn't put what they mean, the last 3 arn't as commom.
+yes I started a sentence with "and" I'm still working on an alternative, any suggestions?
thank you all for the help
Snipe :)
